Cashare specializes in mortgages and can thus efficiently handle the processing of your mortgage inquiry in a bundled manner. This saves the financial institutions costs and enables us to offer you particularly favorable conditions. If a mortgage is successfully concluded, we receive a commission from the relevant bank or insurance company.
We receive a brokerage commission from the financial institutions if you can successfully complete a favorable mortgage through our brokerage. In any case, our service is free for mortgage customers.
The Cashare real estate loan
The Cashare real estate loan is financed by the crowd. After a positive review of your application, the financing is released to the crowd. Investors can now invest in your loan via the platform.
As soon as the financing has been successfully carried out, you will receive the signed contracts and return them to us. The loan will then be paid out according to the cut-off date. For the property for which mezzanine financing is planned, create a documentation with the necessary documents. As soon as you have everything together, contact us directly by form or by phone so that we can have an initial informative discussion and clarify your needs. If mezzanine financing is the optimal solution, we check the financial figures of the real estate company and create the financing project together. This is then activated on the platform for financing by the crowd. After successful financing, you will automatically receive all contract documents and send them back to us signed. We take care of the punctual payment and the repayment is easy and convenient via the Cashare processing account. We make sure that all investors get their correct share.
